Hardware Requirements​

Solution Hub Backend​

The following list shows the minimal requirements for running Solution Hub.

Test and Development Systems​

  • Valid for small, simple systems with low performance and data traffic (e.g., test/dev environments):

Software Requirements​

Introduction to Preceding Versions​

The current version of the Orchestra Solution Hub was tested with the system environment and software versions listed below. While it may function with earlier versions, this is not guaranteed or officially supported due to the wide variety of possible software combinations.

Definitions​

Supported:
A configuration labeled supported can be used in a production setup. Soffico GmbH confirms that the software is running in this configuration without impacting functionality. This is verified through quality assurance and regression testing. Restrictions and limitations are documented and actively communicated.

Compatible:
A configuration labeled compatible may be used in production, but Soffico GmbH does not guarantee full or timely support. No known issues are expected, but restrictions and limitations may be incomplete or outdated. Use is at your own risk.

Java Versions​

Orchestra Solution Hub is provided for use with Java 21, using the following JVM distributions:

Compatible:

  • All JDKs based on OpenJDK 21, e.g.:

Servlet Container​

The Orchestra Solution Hub is a self-contained application and does not require an external servlet container.

Web Browser​

Orchestra Solution Hub was tested with the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (with constraints)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Chrome (since version 55, with constraints)

Virus Scanner​

Currently, there are no known issues when using Orchestra Solution Hub in combination with a virus scanner. However, depending on configuration, performance or web access may be affected.

To prevent performance degradation, exclude the following directories from virus scanning:

  • log directory
  • database directory
